Dolly + Holiday = Rain! Hail!! Thunderstorms!!!

I am shocked to find myself at the end of Wednesday already. Maybe it's the time flying from all the fun of travel over the last two weeks. To spite terential down-pours, thunder, lightning, and hail, the trip to Zakopane was very fun. Not exactly breath taking, the Tatra Mountains are still quite lovely and the company during the trip was also enjoyable. I realized after this trip how much I care about Mike the American and how much I have learned from him about being a better American, spy, and just seeing the world with bigger eyes in general-the details that we seem to overlook as we walk about in a hurry from place the place that are so apparent to him.

Boarder crossing, which was the main reason fro our escapade "down south", was successful with all of the 10 minutes walking around in slovakia and the three new stamps I have in my passport. I am once again legal for three months.

Since our return to Warsaw Sunday night, life has been far from the "same old, same old". Tuesday Krzysiu took me shooting and of my first and only five shoots I got all the shots in the target and even hit a bull's eye!!!!!! Afterwards, Kris and I went to empik before my voice lesson (Kris still had his corn rows at this point) and we were approached by a professional photographer who was so impressed with the appearance of both our hair that he wants to have a photoshoot with us. Is that crazy or what?!?! Pretty cool I think.

But now that I can shoot (or am revealing my secret talent for shooting), Kris is teaching me how to throw a knife. I am not as good at this, but it is coming along.

The future looks quiet for now with plans for the weekend being in Podkowa and Warsaw. It's a good thing too because I am exhausted from all these holidays!
